Who we are
Lone Pine Group of Companies was established in the year 1987 for the development of both residential and commercial properties. Over the years, we have evolved into an integrated developer and are reputed to have pioneered the transformation of Paya Terubong in Penang from an agricultural suburban area into a vibrant suburb of affordable homes and middle income housing. On top of property development, the group offers building construction services. To date, Lone Pine Group of Companies has completed a vast range of projects including luxury condominiums, bungalows, semi-detached houses, terraces, medium cost apartments, low-medium cost apartments and commercial shop offices.
