Sprawling over 6 acres of land in Paya Terubong, the completion of Taman Lone Pine landscaped development gave the township a completely new look.
The development consists of about 1,800 units of low and low-medium cost apartments, as well as a 7-storey commercial block offering the neighbourhood shopping convenience and a clubhouse with recreational facilities.
Taman Lone Pine's medium cost apartments was awarded the Best Managed Apartments by the Home Minister of Malaysia in the year 2003.
