PROJECT ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITY AND JOB SCOPE:
Organise and attend Project meetings, Site meetings, Consultant meetings and follow up on outstanding matters.
Able to liaise efficiently and effectively with consultants, government agencies and local authorities.
Dealing with internal and/or external correspondences e.g. writing letters, emails, enquiries, taking dictation and minutes.
Compile and prepare project proposals, project presentations and submissions.
Oversee the administrative work relating to government application/approval including but not limited to the application of CCC (Form G), Telekom, TNB, signboard, hoardings, CIDB licences, levy payment, etc
Responsible for the full spectrum of compliance, filing, documentation and auditing of ISO9001:2008 Quality Management Systems.
Keeping track of development plans, planning approvals, land matters and proper filing of documents and plans.
Compliance and submission of Quarterly Statistic Department’s survey form.
Travel to authorities’ office and project site when required.
To carry out any other additional tasks and duties assigned by superior.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Building / Architectural / Town Planning / Construction Management / Housing or relevant discipline.
At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in Property Development and Construction field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess good presentation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
